An original salad recipe to bring a touch of freshness to your lunch on the grass.


  • 200 g of mesclun
  • 200 g sprouts: soy, alfalfa, watercress ...
  • 1 grapefruit 1 orange
  • 50 g of pine nuts
  • 1 bunch of coriander.
  • For the sauce:
  • nut oil
  • cider vinegar
  • soya sauce.


Wash and squeeze sprouted seeds and mesclun. Wash and dry the coriander and chop it. Peel grapefruit and orange. Take the neighborhoods by removing the skin that separates them. Cut the citrus flesh into cubes. Mix the sprouts, green salad and coriander. Add the diced citrus fruits and the pine nuts. Prepare the sauce by mixing 3 tbsp. tablespoon oil, 1 vinegar and 1 soy sauce. Sprinkle the salad with sauce.
