Fill up on fruit and energy with this extremely easy-to-prepare mix. Kiwis, bananas, strawberries, apricots, grapes, coconut ... complete ingredients!
- For 4 people
- 4 kiwis,
- 1 banana,
- 100 g strawberries,
- 4 dried apricots,
- 1 apple,
- 15 grapes, red and white
- 2 tablespoons of orgeat syrup,
- 1 tablespoon grated coconut.
Peel the kiwis and banana and slice them.
Wash, cut the strawberries and cut them in half.
Wash the other fruits. Eat the grapes. Cut the dried apricots in four. Cut the apple in four, remove the heart then detail it in thin strips.
Pour all these fruits well prepared in a salad bowl, sprinkle with orgeat syrup, sprinkle with coconut and mix
