  • 1 ripe half-avocado
  • 1 small onion or 1 teaspoon chopped fresh onion
  • 2 ripe cherry tomatoes
  • 1 half yogurt
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Boil a


Boil a tomato for 10 to 15 seconds. Peel it, cut it in 4, peel it. Cut the flesh into tiny cubes.

Peel the onion and cut it very thinly.

Extract with the spoon the flesh of the half-avocado. Pour into blender bowl with onion, yogurt and salt. Blend until smooth and pour into a small bowl.

Sprinkle with tomato dices. Serve at room temperature with half-toasts of bread.
